Our Beginning

In 2010, Diversified Power International, LLC, an established battery charger, power supply, and automotive electronics manufacturer, established an Environmental Products Division to research and develop ultrasonic technology to target algae and biofilm remediation by replacing conventional chemical treatments. Innovation led to several patents in Ultrasonic Algae Remediation Technologies locally and worldwide. In 2021, Hydro Bioscience, LLC (HBS) was formed to strengthen the marketing of the Hydro Bioscience line of products produced by Diversified Power International (DPI), and to aid in differentiating them from DPI’s core products of power supplies.

Our Present

After foraging into environmental stewardship, with the release of our first product in 2016, we were then (and remain) the original innovators, designers, and manufacturers of the 360-degree algae treatment products and expansion of ultrasonic frequencies and bandwidths. HBS’ product line grew to include groundbreaking water quality monitoring products and ultrasonic frequency measurement tools. No other company can lay claim to this statement including those whose mission is merely to be the first to market a ‘certain number of frequencies.’

With continual improvements our products today far exceed the effectiveness of EVERY other Ultrasonic product on the market and at a fraction of the cost.

Our 100% chemical-free systems are found in thousands of applications in many countries. Where the need exists to safely and effectively mitigate current and future algal blooms, our applications are found universally. These include lakes, ponds, rivers, mining sludge ponds, holding tanks, water sewage systems, aqua-culture, farms, wineries, cooling towers, freight vessel cooling radiators, industrial holding tanks, water pipes, and more.
